Shipping & Returns
Items are ready to ship according to the production time required; these details can be found in each product description.
Each purchase will be shipped directly from the designer’s studio to the customer.
Shipping is calculated according to the location of the customer; the cost will be advised at checkout.
Any unworn, undamaged item can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, with their original tags and packaging.
Prelude reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an invoice containing your order details and tracking number.
You will be required to make 100% payment, plus shipping fees at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, cancel, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not you have been charged.
Any delays, production changes, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer when confirmed by the designer.
Upon cancellation, your order will be refunded, including shipping in the form of the original payment.
We have the right to change the products availability and release date.
SHIPPING FEES, TAXES AND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES
The prices displayed are exclusive of all shipping fees, taxes and duties.
Shipping fees, taxes and duties may apply, determined by your local customs authority.
These payments must be fulfilled in order for your order to be released from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs authority.
The cost of shipping and any import taxes, and duties paid are non-refundable.
